How to make an exchange or return?
Send an email to email@example.com and tell us the order number and reason for exchange or return. The deadline for requesting an exchange or return is a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, according to the consumer protection code.
The conditions for the exchange/return are:
- The product must be in the original packaging, in perfect condition, and without traces of use;
- Must be accompanied by the invoice;
Upon confirmation of receipt by EP, there will be a review of product quality. The process can take up to 7 working days to complete;
WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDER.
Due to COVID-19 contingency, check the nearest branch to your residence and that there are no restrictions on reverse postage.
Attention! Due to the contingency of COVID-19, the period for sending by post may suffer delays.
The refund request process will be carried out, and it may take up to 2 invoices to be properly credited. This term is the responsibility of the client's card administrator;
- It is not allowed, under any circumstances, to exchange custom made / upcycling jewelry or jewelry that has undergone renovations and modifications;
It is allowed to cancel the purchase and requests a refund of the amount paid, within 7 (seven) days after the date of delivery, according to the following conditions:
- Submit invoice.

- The return will be made by reversing the amount paid by the customer after receiving the product by Elisa Parpinelli, been complying with the terms of the credit card company for the credit to be effective.
