Once your purchase is on its way you will receive a confirmation email with your Fedex (internacional order)tracking number included or Correio tracking number for orders in Brazil.

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

PLEASE NOTE: our international customers, note that the cost of shipping does not include

international duties. Duties will be collected by Fedex upon delivery. Additional

costs may be incurred in individual cases, which we are not responsible for and are to be borne

by you.

Our international delivery carrier depends on the insurance value and destination of the order. If

you are receiving your order outside BRAZIL  you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred

through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.

It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held responsible. We kindly ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.
